Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service with no authority over a government office. It stores no official booking, jail, or court records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document.

Its role is to identify Grant County and Arkansas records resources and, on some pages, connect visitors with outside search providers. Those destinations control their own data and services.

Acceptable Use

Access is conditioned on lawful, respectful use. A visitor must not:

• break a law through or in connection with the site;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person;
• use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision;
• attempt unauthorized access to any account, server, or data;
• run bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools without permission; or
• disrupt the site or interfere with another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

Grant County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It and its partners do not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Users agree not to rely on site or partner information for:

• hiring, firing, or other employment decisions;
• housing applications or tenant screening;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Resources

Links may lead to official offices, court systems, corrections searches, legal-aid material, news publishers, and outside search tools. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control a destination's content, privacy practices, availability, or data handling, and visitors should review that destination's terms.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• information is accurate, complete, or current;
• access will be continuous or uninterrupted;
• the service is free of errors or security weaknesses; or
• a partner search will be complete or fit a particular need.

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing presented here is an official statement by the Grant County Sheriff's Office or another public agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent Arkansas law permits, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access, use, inability to use, or reliance on this service or any linked resource.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that user's conduct, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the site's original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Grant County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission, except as applicable law allows.

Changes to These Terms

These conditions may be changed at any time. Revised terms become effective when posted, and continued use after posting means acceptance of the revised version.

Ending or Limiting Access

Access may be suspended, limited, or revoked at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice.

Arkansas Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
